We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Printers Playhouse has won the Creative Excellence Award at the Eastbourne Business Awards 2026!
It was a fantastic moment for everyone connected with Printers Playhouse, as we celebrated this wonderful recognition of the creativity, passion and community spirit that lie at the heart of everything we do.
For more than a decade, Printers Playhouse has been bringing people together through theatre, live music, comedy, workshops and a whole host of creative activities. We’re proud to provide a welcoming space where local performers can take to the stage, artists can share their talents, people can discover new interests and audiences can enjoy experiences that might surprise, inspire and delight them.
This award belongs to every one of you.
Winning Creative Excellence is particularly exciting after we were highly commended in the same category in 2025. To go one step further this year is a tremendous boost and a reminder of why we continue to do what we do, even when the challenges of running an independent arts venue can be considerable.
We’d also like to say a huge thank you to the organisers of the Eastbourne Business Awards for celebrating the businesses and organisations that make our town such a vibrant place to live and work. Congratulations to all the other winners and finalists!
